You want to fix higher ed? Make it a place for serious scholars and academically inclined students only. That means it’s smaller. Far fewer staff that have nothing to do with academics. Huge libraries.

@dhstatus just out of inane curiosity, That's a long time customer over 10 years and someone who has been in the IT industry for over 30, do you guys actually test code and lower environments before promoting it to production and disrupting everybody's experience?
@dhstatus It seems the last few years dreamhouse is just gone downhill with all the number of production issues that probably should have been caught in the test env
@dhstatus you guys everything about testing the changes before making updates and production? I work with three other hosting companies and none of them have as many problems and productions you guys do.

Why won't @dell, @DellTech , @DellCares, @MichaelDell's company help?? DM's with Dell and they refuse to help on a ProSupport case that is being stonewalled for 11 days now because Dell Systems dont' show the invoice. For a simple keyboard issue.
and @dell/@DellTech /@DellCares /@MichaelDell admits that they have a system error, they refuse to help unless I provide a paper copy of an invoice from 2.5 years ago, something I was never provided. And they refuse to escalate or talk to me on the phone
@Dell@DellTech@DellCares@MichaelDell 20 days for a pro support tickets who should be within one business day. The field tech canceled today because he was dialing the wrong number and being told he had the wrong number, instead of calling in to get the right info
That is back when I was an employee of @Dell /@DellTech /@DellCares /@MichaelDell, of course, I not longer have access to that email, so can't even show the email copy... but the internal @DellCares system still shows all the info and verifies it.
so @Dell /@DellTech /@DellCares /@MichaelDell is refusing to support, even though the system shows ProSupport, unless I can provide a paper copy of an emailed invoice from 2.5 years ago
