I Built an automated lead qualification and nurturing sequence for a REAL ESTATE company that:
•Automatically qualifies and saves lead details in a CRM
•Sends an automated onboarding email and also nurtures the lead if there's no response on the first contact.

Work in progress:
An automated workflow that allows you generate proposals
You just need to enter the project description, then
- It calculates the cost
- generates a detailed proposal which it sends to you to approve via email.
Upon approval, it sends the proposal to the client with the attached PDF, logs everything into google sheet
If not approved, it sends to a proposal review agent to write another one, and the loop continues
how to sell automation to law firms, PE shops, and accounting firms:
1. don't say "AI" - say "we save your team 15 hours/week"
2. don't demo the backend - demo the dashboard they'll see
3. don't talk nodes - talk "this report generates itself now"
I did not forget oo. Weekdays are crazy and I just finished editing
Day 2/7 of recording myself and learning to get better at articulation.
I wanted to try something different by answering common questions I usually get.
Feedback would be appreciated. What do I need to improve on?
I think it was easier for me compared to when I explain workflows. Still stuttered a bit but not so bad.
