👉Drive a curved needle by following its natural arc, entering the tissue at the proper angle while maintaining a smooth rotational motion.
👉Needle control depends on forearm pronation–supination around the needle's arc, with forceps optimizing tissue presentation and entry angle.
👉When exposure is limited, use forceps to create a pulley effect that redirects suture tension, preserving needle trajectory while minimizing tissue trauma.
