🚨 Urgent Attention: Gujarat Transport Commissioner & Rajkot RTO

Despite repeated email complaints, concerns regarding possible irregularities at the Rajkot RTO driving test track remain unresolved.

Truck No. GJ03BT0710 was previously seen parked beside the test track and has reportedly been removed, but another vehicle is now parked there.

I request an urgent investigation through CCTV footage and AI test records into possible mobile-phone-based guidance during driving tests.

Please ensure transparency, accountability and appropriate action if any irregularity is found.

It has been 2 days since I raised this concern, but I have not yet received an update on the investigation.

I request the concerned authorities to acknowledge my complaint, preserve the relevant CCTV footage and AI driving-test records, and share the action taken.

Public safety and transparency in driving tests deserve urgent attention.

I clearly showed the paint defects, dots/marks and poor finishing on the repainted area, along with scratches/marks on the headlight. The headlight was clear when I handed over the vehicle. These concerns were raised in the presence of your representatives. Yet the vehicle is still being called “ready.” @Maruti_Corp

@Maruti_Corp K.D. Motors claims my vehicle GJ12FE4009 was “ready for delivery” since 22 June. However, during the delivery attempt at my residence, the vehicle was NOT satisfactory. Mr. Sharad Jethi, MSIL TSM Biswadeep Das and Workshop Manager Sagar Oza were present. I showed them the unresolved paint-finish and headlight issues in person. The same concerns were already raised before them. Please independently review the facts instead of repeatedly stating “vehicle ready.”
