@carebydistrict please help. An event organized by @LemonTreeHotels in Bhubaneshwar, India is a scam on your app. I called the hotel and they said they are not organizing anything like that. I paid 4.5k for the tickets for the dinning experience.

@carebydistrict Your team is not trying to refund and everyday the refund date keeps changing on the District app. I will strongly recommend a senior management level person call me or I will be filing the complaint at the police station and consumer court now.

@district_india @LemonTreeHotels there is a mother's day event organized by lemon trees bhubaneshwar charging 2k a ticket. I purches two tickets for my mother and I thinking its for dinning. Upon calling the hotel, they say nothing like this is organized by them. Please help!

How am I supposed to book my seats if your customer care is useless too?
