@SFMTA_Muni we’ve been sitting on a stopped bus for over 10 min at 5th and Mission. protest is apparently now blocking Mission. some warning would have been nice. there is construction on either side so the bus ramp can’t open and I’m trapped here until we can move again 🤷‍♀️

@SFMTA_Muni the construction truck moved so the driver could let me off. that was 15 min ago, so that bus has been sitting for 30 min. just so anyone seeing this knows what to expect.

@SFMTA_Muni and i used to get alerts, but your system started sending them for every single line and i couldn’t get it to stop without unsubscribing from all. i’m well aware of needing to check statuses, since i have to check the elevator status before ever trying to take the subway.

y’all are letting down disabled residents of this city every day and you don’t seem at all interested in doing anything about it. i’m about done with relying on public transit in SF.

haven’t taken @SFMTA_Muni in weeks because the elevators have become so unreliable. risked it today, the status said the elevator was working and lo and behold, it’s not and now i have to go blocks out of my way and uphill to get home. FIX THE SYSTEM. PLEASE. (Van Ness St)

actual conversation i just had with an @SFBART elevator operator. “you’re not actually disabled, right?” .. “you know why i asked that?” acts completely shocked when i say “because pretty girls aren’t in wheelchairs?” and finishes with “i’d still take you disabled.” 🙄🙄🙄

@UticaEric this reminds me of the guy who insisted that Alexander Hamilton was not an immigrant and was born in Virginia. two years after the musical became widely known. that date didn’t last long.
