@MujMash Even your identity is fake; you're the descendant of cowardly converts and genocidal invaders.
Changing your name and getting some equipment snipped doesn't change you into an Arab.
And they don't care much for you lot either, just see what they did to the 🇧🇩 couple.
@MujMash Why is the one scratches a "liberal Muslim" and an Islamist shows up?
Can you explain, clearly, what the punishment for ex-Muslims is in Islam, are they really "free" to reveal themselves.
(I'm not saying OP is an ex-, but of the need for anonymity in many cases).

"Having read Ibn Khaldun for years, I find the obsession with the author’s real identity to be a glaring indictment of our community’s failure to protect and understand its dissent voices.
There are countless profound reasons why a writer chooses a pen name. It can be a necessary shield against the brutal consequences faced by independent voices. It can be a deliberate choice to strip away personal ego, forcing us to focus entirely on the weight of the ideas rather than the background of the messenger. Or, it can be a proud alignment with a long, historic tradition of dissident literature.
Yet, instead of engaging with the actual arguments or addressing Sharjeel’s stand, people are wasting energy policing a pseudonym.
I stand firmly with the author. More power to Ibn Bharati. By challenging us to break free from the paralyzing cycle of victimhood and forge our own independent path, you are doing far more for the future of this community than any self-proclaimed intellectual ever has."

"What he means is that my brothers are finding it hard to hunt him down.
Why exactly do you need to know his real identity?
Ibn Khaldun Bharati writes on one of the most sensitive fault lines in Indian public life. Revealing his identity could mean professional consequences, social ostracisation, threats, harassment, or worse.
A pseudonym is not automatically an escape from accountability. His arguments are right there in public. Read them. Challenge them. Tear them apart line by line if they are wrong.
But why must the man behind them be exposed?
What does his Aadhaar name add to the intellectual argument?
Nothing.
What it does add is a target.
Once his identity is known, people can find his employer, family, neighbourhood, community and personal history. Suddenly the debate is no longer about what he wrote. It becomes about who he is and what pressure can be brought upon him.
That is precisely why pseudonyms have existed in political writing for centuries.
Demand accountability for ideas, yes.
Demanding that a pseudonymous writer reveal himself despite foreseeable personal risk starts looking less like accountability and more like an invitation to doxxing.
If his argument is bad, defeat the argument.
Why do you need the address of the man making it?"

"Mujib, the byline is a pseudonym. But the publisher isn’t.
ThePrint is publicly accountable for what it publishes. Which factual claim are you challenging and why does answering it require the writer’s real name?
As an Indian Muslim, I find this extraordinary, a Muslim critiques Islamist politics, and the debate shifts from his argument to his identity.
Challenge his facts and type out a rebuttal. A birth certificate is not a counterargument."
1) Not India’s ‘most divisive issue’ by any stretch of imagination. But South Asia Bureau chief of NYT is free to take flights of fancy. It costs nothing.
2) Elite and Privileged South Asia Bureau Chief of NYT may not have heard of ‘blasphemy’ killings. The author is only trying to have his head on his shoulders. Strange obsession liberal elites would say, but ordinary folks like to live.
Are you mentally retarded?
How does a Texas oligarch running for Railroad Commissioner to capture oil and gas regulatory power in Texas for the benefit of his family somehow “prevent” immigration?
These are the people the Right has given a platform to, allowing them to peddle their grifts every single day.
By the way, this clown founded @AFpost which spreads malicious lies about Indians 24/7
Check @SaketGokhale TL for his attacks on Savarkar .
Savarkar got kala-paani for years, that torture killed many; not the cushy Gandhi/Nehru jails.
And this corpulent dreg mocks a standard format of a "mercy petition"—the only way for release, to dub Savarkar a coward.
What Sharjeel Imam is saying in his "Manifesto" is essentially that Hindus and Muslims are two nations.
WHY IS EVERYONE SO SURPRISED? WHY'S THERE SHOCK OVER LEFT-LIB SILENCE?
Sharjeel Imam is merely echoing Iqbal and Jinnah, exposing the fiction left-liberals have peddled in the name of "Ganga-Jamuni" tehzeeb: that Islamists don’t see Hindus as a separate nation, that secularism can paper over this divide, and that Indian Muslims have abandoned the idea of the Ummah.
People forget that all the Muslim Congress candidates lost in the 1937 elections. So, many Muslims who stayed behind in India voted for the Muslim League.
Left-liberal equivocation over the Islamist project detailed by Sharjeel Imam has been discussed/exposed at length in my book MODI & INDIA: THE BATTLE FOR BHARAT.
Hindus in India should take comfort & celebrate the fact that so many in the West are waking up & have seen the existential threat that Islam and Islamists pose to the world. For centuries Hindus have been alone in this fight.

Over 100 US lawmakers urge FBI to probe foiled Hindu temple shooting as hate crime. This was led by Indian American Lawmaker Raja Krishnamoorthi, whose family was at the temple that was to be attacked.

What could have happened at a Hindu temple in Illinois is horrifying. No one should have to fear for their life while worshiping.
Last week, I wrote to the DOJ and FBI condemning the attempted mass shooting and urging action to protect Hindu and Indian-American communities.
The freedom to worship without fear is one of our most fundamental American rights. We must protect it.

I led 105 lawmakers in demanding the FBI investigate the attempted mass shooting at my family’s Hindu temple in Aurora as a potential hate crime.
We must confront the rising tide of anti-Indian hate and the online threats putting our communities at risk.
