@lalpathlabs Yes he told me that it has been processed and I will receive it in 7-10 working days. That’s all I wanted to know. I don’t have problem with waiting if I know how much I have to wait. That frees my mind.

Extremely disappointed with @lalpathlabs. I am a MBBS intern, I have just finished my internship a few weeks ago, during my internship I have recommended lal path labs to countless patients whenever there was discrepancy in bw pt symptoms and their report I recommended them to

Satisfaction is not their moto. With growing competition I don’t think they’re gonna survive for more than 5 years if they keep this terrible service. I am done. It’s gonna be 2 weeks now and still no report or refund. I am furious because I had so much trust in @lalpathlabs

Redo their report with lal path labs since my senior doctor had so much trust in it. But my dad always said that it’s overrated. Now with own personal experience I am very unlikely to recommend anyone this lab and will also share my experience with other doctors. Clearly customer

@lalpathlabs I don’t understand why the refund process is not smoother? If clearly I’m not at fault here and its been more than 10 days and I haven’t received the report then clearly I should get a refund asap. You can work out who’s at fault in your lab or somewhere else in your own time.
