I had issues with 2 hotel bookings in one day. The first asked me to pay again despite having made the payment to mmt and the second one refused to acknowledge my booking itself. Wasted an hour each trying to resolve issues
Being a premium black customer at @makemytrip@makemytripcare means nothing. Talking to the automated agent is the most frustrating experience as it not able to understand anything remotely complex in terms of issues. Poor poor customer service experience. Time to move.
PSA: Stop paying OTA premiums for AI "support" that fails on anything beyond basic queries. Booked @makemytripcare@makemytrip thinking I'd get premium service. Got a glorified FAQ bot instead. Book directly with airlines. Better prices, actual accountability. RT if you agree. 🔁

Hi @Olacabs - I am unable to process my payment for my last trip..constantly get the error message stating something went wrong..the amount reflecting is also wrong. Unable to book any trips due to this. Kindly help resolve.

@airtelindia you really need to do a better job of international roaming packs. No single day or 3 day packs. You are forced to opt for th 10 day pack. Quite unfair.
As a consumer it's disappointing to see how both @Olacabs and @Uber_India are becoming masters of dark patterns. In the recent days I have struggled to cancel booked cabs, realised insurance has randomly gotten added to my trips.
@flyspicejet is literally the worst airline in the history of mankind! The flight has gotten delayed by 2 hours and there is zero communication. The staff is neither apologetic not do they even care for what consumers are going through. Please never rely on spicejet
@makemytrip your cab operators are just a bunch of crooks. Worst experience booking a cab. I paid upfront and your cab decided to take another passenger. Called your call centre twice and they just make empty promises. Pathetic service! No respite offered.
