"FSB units accompanying ambulances transporting people who had been in contact with [lab tech] Shipilova for medical examination," as per local news. This is significant. FSB is Russia's domestic security / counterintelligence service, tasked w/implementing the national security of Russia." (Its predecessor was the KGB). This suggests quarantine was not voluntary.

It also means Russian authorities are treating the lab accident and plague outbreak as a national security issue, involving a lot more than routine public health.

🚨 Kronologi Kasus Pemerk*saan di Cornell University oleh 7 Orang Pelaku🚨

1. Pada Oktober 2024, korban pergi ke rumah persaudaraan chi phi untuk menemui temannya dalam kondisi mabuk.

2. Dua anggota fraternity mendesaknya untuk mengonsumsi nark*ba dengan cara di hirup (beberapa menyebutkan nark*ba tersebut di taruh di alat kelamin pelaku).

3. Pelaku mengirimkan foto korban ke sebulah percakapan dengan caption “free p*ssy” dan membuat lebih banyak pria datang ke lokasi.

4. Korban mengalami kekerasan seks*al selama berjam-jam (beberapa menyebutkan 7 jam).

5. Sekitar 3 minggu setelah kejadian, korban melaporkan kasus tsb kepada pihak universitas.

6. Cornell University melakukan investasi dan hanya DUA ORANG yang dikeluarkan dari universitas. Sedangkan mahasiswa lainnya disebut mendapatkan sanksi yang lebih ringan (skorsing, mengikuti workshop, membuat essay).

7. Cornell University tidak mengungkap rincian sanksi masing-masing pelaku dengan alasan karena informasi tsb dilindungi aturan privasi federal.

8. Dalam proses pidana, tidak ada penangkapan ataupun dakwaan, dikatakan bahwa bukti yang tersedia tidak cukup untuk mendukung pengajuan tuntutan pidana.

9. Setelah proses internal universitas, korban akhirnya memilih untuk keluar dari Cornell University dan tidak melanjutkan kuliahnya.

Kasus ini kembali mendapat perhatian publik karena korban mengajukan gugatan pertadata pada September 2026 ini

🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: Premier League confirm an independent Commission has found Manchester City GUILTY OF ALL CHARGES related to serious breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules over a nine-season period, and the majority of charges in relation to its failure to co-operate with the League’s investigation.

The club has the right to appeal the independent Commission’s findings and has until Friday 2 October to exercise that right.

The Premier League Board’s intention is that the full process (including any appeals and publication of relevant decisions) is concluded as soon as possible.

The independent Commission found that between Seasons 2009/10 and 2017/18:
- Manchester City arranged ‘sham’ contracts (which misrepresented the true agreement between the parties) with a number of its commercial partners, as well as relying on ‘sham’ agreements with others, to artificially inflate the club’s revenues and reduce its costs
- The club filed misstated accounts and concealed the true state of its finances from its auditors and football regulators
- Manchester City was significantly in breach of both the Premier League’s and UEFA’s spending limits
- During the Premier League’s investigation, Manchester City committed multiple breaches of its duties of co-operation and utmost good faith towards the League (three of the four alleged breaches were upheld)
