@premierinn Can someone explain please.

Waited 2 hours for food at Loudwater and were served cook from frozen pizza and mouldy salad!

Service is so bad people are just ordering pizza hut for delivery and getting the food quicker and faster!

Also rooms dirty!

@EE Done all of that and it's no help!

[Abby @abz_fab]

@EE woke up this morning to no WiFi again! Not only that but phone signal is non existent in my area so I was pretty much cut off!
What a joke! Will I get money back for the lack of service?

[Abby @abz_fab]

@EE @EE day 4 of no Internet or phone signal, no response from complaints put in, changed the cable from the router to the incoming Internet line and it's done nothing! Please inform me if someone has tampered with the main box? Why nothing can be checked but it says disconnected ?

[Abby @abz_fab]

@EE I've done this yesterday but will put another in as no one is able to fix this

[Abby @abz_fab]

@EE Hi went to ee canterbury and was told they can't help and the only way is to complain as you're breaching your contract as you can't provide the service

[Abby @abz_fab]

@EE I dont have another phone unfortunately 😕
I can go to an ee store though. Thanks for the help

[Abby @abz_fab]

@EE Ive checked every wire, i switched off and on multiple times and nothing is working

[Abby @abz_fab]

[Abby @abz_fab]

[Abby @abz_fab]

@amazon your driver blocked the entry to a care home and to a whole street and then was rude when asked to move as cars built up both ways!

[Abby @abz_fab]

[Abby @abz_fab]

@EE my WiFi is down and I can't even log in to see why!

[Abby @abz_fab]

@EE Unfortunately that shows as fine but nothing is working 🥲

[Abby @abz_fab]

@EE had no Internet for days now, is there a fix on the way? Hard to do your job when you can't access online

[Abby @abz_fab]
