@bchesky First of all - Airbnb is an amazing app, best one by far. However, why does the host get marked down for the location that the guest had clearly known about before the arrival? And what exactly is “value for money”? Sounds like “5C temp, feels like 3C”.

@joseph94103 @GocmenMurat @bchesky I would agree to that - how can a person book something that had a clear map, location is visible on the map and yet say that location was 4*? What use is it to others and how come I get marked down for the fact that guest didn’t find it convenient?
