Half of Missouri adults have held medical debt at some point in the last five years, according to new report. Most of them — 78% of those under age 65 — had health insurance at the time they received the care that sent them into debt.

Hey @SouthwestAir, your gate agents let more than 30 C group board ahead of the B group on #2775 on 9/4, FLL-STL. Their explanation: they were kids. These "kids" were in college. The rest of us ended up in middle seats with no overhead space. Unacceptable. Be better.
@thriftycars I was charged for an insurance waiver I never bought. I called customer service and was told the money would be refunded in 7-10 biz days. I have not received a refund. Do better.
