@MattRudkinWX Hi! We are hosting a conference at ND for 330+ students in early April as part of @ASCETweets. One of the events is a Concrete Canoe where we row canoes out of concrete on the lake. Thoughts on when we would get an idea of temps during April 3-5 range? Hoping for 50s or 60s!
