Freeman has momentum moving forward during rotation, that momentum is then blocked by the front leg.Making him completely balanced at contract,one could say he is hitting on 1 leg.But it isnt the back leg,this is not back legging a ball.Maybe in a drill,swing here doesnt reflect.

The best way to learn and improve is to remove momentum completely.

Find quickness from readiness and stretch.

Get completely rear legged.

@Teacherman1986 Man, Freddie Freeman isn’t even working his lower half like you want him to in the video. There is clear forward movement in this. I’m going to go do this and smash balls. To say the swing has zero energy move forward is to say a car can be park and drive through something.
