@iamkentjoseph @ArgueWithMe69@mrpyo1@Chris_Dring Proportional in platform vs platform spending? No it isn't.
PlayStation dominates both Xbox and PC in the UK by a very large margin. It's not only an outlier on the world stage, it's a major outlier in Europe.
@selnor1983@WinC_Gaming Unless people are putting their games out on PC and are specifically optimizing for this Xbox console, then there is no guarantee a game would work sell here.
Steam Deck verification isn't only for Linux verification, but to make sure the game works acceptably on the hardware.
@Jake90733061216 @The_CrapGamer@tomwarren How would that avoid PC problems? Games on Steam, Epic, etc. are made for Windows. The new Xbox would have to have a Windows compatibility layer which would instantly make it subject to PC issues and probably even more.
@nickfrange1@Callsign_Coyote @Cliffo_xo @DragonsDogma So people shouldn't take issue with a game launching with these issues? Issues they knew were present but decided to go ahead anyway because their quarterly investor report is coming up soon?
Man, you are the ideal consumer.
@nickfrange1@Callsign_Coyote @Cliffo_xo @DragonsDogma People are complaining about issues with a game they purchased for $70. Issues Capcom even acknowledges are issues.
Meanwhile you are complaining about people complaining while defending Capcom.
lol
@nickfrange1@Callsign_Coyote @Cliffo_xo @DragonsDogma Then you must have a magic console because both Xbox and PlayStation consoles have well documented performance issues that can see the fps drops to low as 18-22fps and also experience frequent stutters and frame timing issues.
@comicaddict520 @Cliffo_xo @DragonsDogma Capcom: "We know there are a lot of issues, we are working to fix them. We apologize."
Tech Reviewers: "There are a lot of issues."
You: "You are complaining about nothing."
@LIVIDS_LIVID@Slayer_Seraph@DragonsDogma Testing shows it goes down to sub 20 fps in big cities and stutters pretty hard in fights on PS5.
So you either have a special PS5 or somehow can't notice poor performance when you see it.
@MrMistry89@MarkTur76042115@OmoiteS I don't think there is one stating 67%, but there is this for Europe at 57% for PC: https://t.co/lfHXOfs5Sf
and this for US at 60% for PC:

@testdevice_@Wario64@Steam From people testing it out, yes it replaces the current system, but no it doesn't have to be one physical household. The only location restriction seems to be needing to be in the same region/country.
@freegoblinpix@thexpaw I would say it's significantly better in the context of "family" sharing.
Worse in the context of avoiding needing to buy a game by just playing your friends.
@picapi__@thexpaw Unfortunately some publishers (and probably Valve) likely had issue with people just using it to share games with anyone. I know I used my friends shared library to play games that I might have bought myself otherwise.
Then there are the cheating issues too.
