Stylized scene I started to test a #geometrynodes setup to create buildings. It got a bit out of hand, decided to call it finished for now

First weekend practice this year. This time I was inspired by this Samurai Cat drawn by the ridiculously talented Ian Higginbotham.
Blender 4.3, Cycles.
More renders later.
(and yes, I will make a B&W version).

TORTUGA
Full animated sequence I‘ve been working on for my space pirate universe! More stuff to come. I feel like this one would be a fun world to flash out and I already have many ideas. Let me know what you guys think ;)
make a game model 🐻
- use a PointCloudSurface node to make a low poly model from the high poly model.
- I usually use VDB for this, but I wanted to try this node.
- it may be good.

@DetectiveLosos Stairs can only be placed on straight parts of the path, not intersections. As the maze evolves a new branch might start from a tile already marked as a stair, then it becomes an intersection so it returns to be flat and all the ones upstream are lowered

05 - Museum Maze
3D maze generator built with #geometrynodes, using the sim zone and the new repeat zone.
It can fill a given area with a maze, adding stairs and decorations according to a set of rules

@Fazoway Thanks! It's a simple custom algorithm, not WFC. I just thought of some rules, then for each one added a bunch of nodes that perform the operations required to follow the rule

03 - Lovely Lake
A setup to generate a stylized forest pond. These are some variations created by tweaking the parameters. Reused some elements from a previous project, still all procedurally done with #geometrynodes & shader nodes.
