I have accent training packs for actors, built from real native recordings. The Indian Accent pack covers the musical rhythm without the cliches. Details when you ask, always. #VoiceTraining
A Welsh accent is not a sing-song joke. The Welsh Accent pack trains long vowels and penultimate stress through real South Wales voices. Get the rhythm right and the role follows. #Acting
The French Accent pack is one of the most requested. Real native voices, the guttural R, quick-fire syllable timing. If your take sounds like a waiter sketch, your ear needs the real thing. #DialectCoaching
@nazanin_ashrafi Low commitment is exactly the right framing. A few minutes of speaking practice a day does more for an accent than one long weekly session ever will.
@WMurphyJerrett Passable to flawless is the hardest jump, honestly. That's where a coach's ear beats any audiobook. Record yourself doing the same monologue every week, you'll hear the drift.
@EscapedAudios Locking down the region first is such a smart move. Pick the accent that fits the character's story, and give yourself permission to sound rough for the first few weeks. It clicks faster than you'd think.
@accentcoach1 The Standard British to British RP switch always gets me. They look so close on paper, but the mouth shape is completely different. Great ear training for actors.
Audition in 3 days and the role needs a German sound? The German Accent pack drills umlaut vowels, the w to v shift, hard consonants. Real natives, no cartoon villain. #ActorsLife
Actors keep asking for the Irish Accent pack. Real native recordings, the upspeak lilt, soft vowels, th turning to d. I have accent training packs for actors, 44 of them. #AccentTraining
I have accent training packs for actors, built from real native recordings. The Latin American Accent pack covers the region with neutral Spanish too. Details when you ask, always. #VoiceTraining
A Scandinavian accent is not a cartoon. The Scandinavian Accent pack trains the sing-song rise and fall through real native recordings. Get the melody right and the role follows. #Acting
The South African Accent pack is one of the most requested. Real native voices, the chain shift vowels, the clicks done softly. If your take sounds like a stage bit, your ear needs the real thing. #DialectCoaching
@Hime_1990@moviemnfs I'd push back gently here. A skilled dialect coach absolutely can build a convincing Scottish accent with an actor, the problem is usually that productions don't hire one or don't give them the time. It's a craft issue, not an impossible one.
@DialectCoachCL So true, and the cruel irony is that the actors who need the role most are the ones cramming last minute. The accent that holds in the room is never the one you just learned, it's the one you stopped having to think about.
@SerenitySoloDev This is such a normal part of the journey, honestly. One trick that helps: record the same lines twice, once relaxed and once as an audition take. If they sound like two different people, it's the nerves doing the damage, not your talent.
@em_umoh@steviewashappy@XavierMBrown@Spicer_Who So true. High emotion drags you straight back into your native prosody, that's where your feelings live. The actors who hold the accent through the breakdown are the ones who drilled it into muscle memory, not just mouth memory.
Audition in 3 days and the role needs a Russian sound? The Slavic Accent pack breaks the accent into layers you can actually drill: rolled R, vowel reduction, hard consonants. Shadow real natives, skip the caricature. #ActorsLife
Actors keep asking for the Caribbean Accent pack. It pairs every drill with real native recordings, so the rhythm and vowel merges land true, not like a movie impression. I have accent training packs for actors, 44 of them. #AccentTraining
I have accent training packs for actors, built from real native recordings. The Italian Accent pack is there when you need the musicality, not just the sounds. Details when you ask, always. #VoiceTraining
