@Equipment_Guru@herbert_burner All due respect Guru but you’re wrong for this man. No reason to take that feature away unless it was causing some sort of glitch or conflict, which was not the case.
@Equipment_Guru@herbert_burner Y’all love taking one step forward and two steps backwards bro wtf is this 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ just so tone deaf. Why would we not want to be able to have the long undershirt with the compression sleeves?? Just removing things for no reason.
Here's some examples of man coverage simply doing too much in CFB27
We have Southern Miss vs Ohio State
Jeremiah Smith vs Poor Soul
Why is he getting this smothered? Why is leverage & commit being ignored?
------------------------------------
YES you can run the ball on C2 Man
YES there's better routes in the game than these
But fundamentally, this is not good for the game imo
CFB 27 either needs to rework the throw power or change ratings to "throw distance" and throw velocity" (they are different) because this is insane. Every FBS player, at any position, can throw it 45 yards. Every EA dev could throw it 45 yards.
WHAT ARE WE DOING!?!?
Imma keep it a buck, pancakes are an issue but yall gotta stop coming out in nickel and dime against 12 personnel. Literally just matching personnel will make a big difference.
@Henry773_ Ebook culture started this shii years ago, last year it was bunch x nasty, the year before bunch strong offset, before that trips TE. Its all annoying cause it’s repetitive asf every game same shit
I don't like when something is artificially good
There's no reason press Cover 0 with 2 purples should be viable as a full game scheme
There's no reason Cover 2 Man should suffocate 95% of the route tree with no big counter
Stupid defense must be punished it's that simple
@aceoffmeta You know ppl love turning their brains off and doing whatever to get a win and “feel good”. I just can’t do it, I enjoy the schematics and strategy of football.
The biggest disconnect between real football & CFB27:
Man coverage is so hard to play IRL. You need elite athletes all over the field to consistently line up in it.
In CFB27 it's incredibly easy. That doesn't feel right.
Bc instead of trying to use brain power, scheme and adjustments.. how football is SUPPOSED to be played, ppl like yourself look for loopholes, shortcuts, and glitches to TRY to prevail. My coach once told me, “The way you do anything is the way you do everything”. Have a good day
@Jbizzle813 Football is a chess match bro, game of adjustments, who can make em faster. Brain power is needed in the game AND in real life. If you think you can just load up a football game and not use any brain power you’ll have a bad experience most times! But I respect it either way!
Maybe I’m in the minority, but after putting a good amount of time into CFB 27, I keep asking myself… what exactly am I paying for?
Outside of the obvious roster changes and a few new features, the game feels almost identical to CFB 26. The gameplay is familiar, the menus are basically the same, Dynasty still has many of the same frustrations, and a lot of the issues people complained about last year are still here.
I wasn’t expecting a completely new engine, but I did expect the sequel to feel like a real step forward. Instead it feels more like a Year 2 patch that got a $70 price tag.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m still having fun because college football is college football. But it feels like EA played it safe instead of making meaningful improvements.
What are the biggest changes you’ve actually noticed? Am I missing something, or does anyone else feel like this is basically CFB 26.5?
