@airindia My aged parents travelling from IDR to Singapore via Mumbai on AI636 & AI342 today . IDR to Mumbai is now #delayed by 3 hours for causes unknown. They have their flight to SG from Mumbai at 23.10 hrs . Request remedial measures to make sure they board the flights.

@agoda This is really a horrible experience. I need my full #refund of a duplicate booking which was done for @NovotelPhuket due to technical error on your mobile app. Been on hold for hours and on plenty calls over the last 60 hours but no resolution yet.
