Next nonsense non-reply from @Uber_Support: “We have processes in place to review this type of feedback with restaurants, so your concern hasn’t gone unnoticed.” YES, MY CONCERN HAS GONE UNNOTICED!!! @UberEats
Latest nonsense reply from @UberEats so-called support team: “We understand your experience has been upsetting but as we can see that our colleague has already taken appropriate action on this order, we will be unable to provide any adjustment for this concern.” @Uber_Support
So @UberEats promised me a full refund on an order due to a food safety issue over a week ago and I haven’t received it. Every reply I’m getting from @Uber_Support is AI cut and paste nonsense. Anyone know how I can get a real human to help me with this issue instead of a bot??
Attn: @Uber_Canada I received an @UberEats order with a piece of plastic baked into the food. On Aug. 1, I was promised a full refund on chat with a help agent named Neichin. I did not receive the refund, and all recent contact with help agents has been futile. DM me ASAP.
@Uber_Canada There was literally a piece of plastic baked into my food, and your “help” team told me I am ineligible for a refund. I demand a refund. Please contact me ASAP.
@sondheimite 3) But even with the mistaken context, those lines are still fucked up. (Especially since in the version of RENT that eventually became the one we all know now, many people, including me, think that Mark/Roger was actually the real main pairing of the show.)
@sondheimite 2) See here: https://t.co/2BujZNlw6T "I'm afraid the burden's going to make me crack" / "If it does, just let me know - I'll come back." And then the lines you quoted followed.
@sondheimite 1) The context is inaccurate. (I am so well-versed in RENT lore that I may as well have a doctorate in it, LOL.) In the NYTW version of RENT, Mark wasn't afraid he was HIV+; he was afraid of bearing the burden of being the only one of his friends to survive.
@ellissongs @B_Bakks @denver_hayes_jr Keep doubling down until your career turns into “Oh, that singer who showed woeful ignorance and disrespect of BSS and then tried to delete the tweet.” 😂
@denver_hayes_jr@ellissongs Let me correct that for you: “None of those people know how *legendary and iconic that band is to indie musicians in Toronto, I guess.”
@smellypastagirl And now she has made her career into “Oh, that girl who made and then deleted the ridiculous tweet about BSS” for the reasonable future. The worst part is that I have seen her play (ironically, when she opened for a band that has TWO MEMBERS OF BSS IN IT!) and she’s not bad.
@GregJKrieg I DO blame her. Do you know why? Because she not only is a local musician and therefore should have some knowledge of the LEGENDARY local acts that have preceded her, but also… she literally opened for Stars, a band that has TWO MEMBERS of Broken Social Scene in it! SMH!!!
@dannarebb@localsadghoul@ellissongs There are actually FIVE who have been credited as singing on BSS albums - Feist, Emily Haines, Amy Millan, Ariel Engle, and Lisa Lobsinger.
