Pl. order a forensic audit of the common area maintenance funds of Assotech Windsor Court Society,Sec 78 Noida for 2023-24 & onwards. Assotech Ltd. has not yet conducted a single audit.About 5-6 lac is being siphoned/scammed every month.

Severe water logging and leakage issues persist at @assotech Windsor Court. Despite multiple complaints to the district administration (@dmgbnagar) and @noida_authority , no action has been taken. This ongoing negligence poses serious health risks to residents.

1) Guards/Security agency should be monitored as most of them are not available on duty.
2) Nominal penalty of Rs 50-100 can be imposed on people trying to pluck flowers/plants in the park
