BEWARE OF MISLEADING ADMIN: Left a complaint for @SerenityHabs after my session with Kirby today, but they left me on "seen." To be fair, massage was fine—the admin lying to get bookings is the problem. A thread 🧵 👇 (1/3)
3/3 We started at 6:00 PM, but the session ended early at 7:40 PM right after I declined the therapist’s offer for "ES." Paid for 2 hours, didn't get 2 hours. Posting so spa goers in Pasig/Manila know the admin lies to sell promos.
