@Siemens would respectfully ask driver of fn16 zgf refrain from parking right on corner of Broomhall Terrace & also on Broomhall road. T junction and causing several near miss crashes as can’t see through or round. Breaching Highway Code. perhaps he could park outside his house
BEWARE @WrenKitchens in my opinion don’t touch with a barge pole. Trading Standards Watchdog and Rip off Britain all can’t be wrong. 3 day fit took 81 days. Measured wrong 3 times kitchen didn’t fit. They don’t care as long as they have you’re money
@OmbudsmanTweets That’s progress then. It’s a shame it takes a tweet. Hopefully my actual complaint will be looked at properly this time and compensation not confused with refund still due. Regardless of outcome I have little faith to date in the way you handle things.
@OmbudsmanTweets having hassle with FO. have open complaint & emailed Judith Turner with attachments over past few weeks. Asked to have emails acknowledged but hear nothing. Is this FO policy not to respond? Need assurance of receipt & contents being considered that’s all
@OmbudsmanTweets Judith has now confirmed receipt Your customer service in my opinion is appalling. It had been months and Im still no clearer than I was at Day 1. I will await Judith’s reply before deciding on next step
When you get a kitchen from @WrenKitchens and they take your money deliver wrong screw it up completely warning DO NOT BUY there are S#@t need to take action now @TradeStandards or someone that will help 😤
