Preventing the third wave: close borders with Kerela, Maharashtra, and NE states(mandatory quarantine, repeat RT PCR) where there is extremely high prevalence and increasing case load. Doing this right would prevent third wave and protect the economy.@mla_sudhakar @WFRising
