I have been a regular viewer of @thetanmay and @BeerBicepsGuy and they have mentioned im many times how India should be wealth driven society and not a status driven one, two which I partially agree. However, there's a trend of looking down upon government jobs.

The reason they say is it doesn't create much wealth. But what needs to be understood is, there needs to be a balance. If we don't have judges, military, bureaucracy, bankers etc. the whole system will collapse. Wealth might be important, but it definitely isn't everything.

@DominicPrasanna Currently they are working alternate days which I feel does not make much sense. Instead what I suggest is that 45+ should be told to work from home everyday while the others can come 15 days regular and work from home for the rest 15 days.
