@Aon_plc Filing a travel insurance claim with your company is akin to torture. My claim has been approved, albeit at a MUCH lower dollar amount than the original claim, and I've been waiting to receive payment instructions and get a call back from an adjuster for a week.

@abbvie My ex works for your company. Our divorce was final in May. He reported it to HR, who said I would get Cobra paperwork. I never did. In October, they canceled my insurance retroactively to May. I have chronic health conditions. I’m getting thousands in medical bills. 1/2

@NorthwesternMed This violates law. You must assess and treat pain. The hospital front desk said no one outside of PR is available to speak with me — even though PR is not answering. We need help now, not in 2-4 business days or whenever they decide to answer the phone.

@NorthwesternMed My bf has been in your ERs 3 times this wk — severe pain, nausea, vomiting, etc. The first 2 times docs did not take the pain srsly, refused pain meds. Today I called patient relations, said they’d meet with us but still haven’t after 1hr +. He’s still in pain.
