@Irish_Ferries Experience at Calais this afternoon/evening is appalling!! Its complete chaos. There's no coordination of traffic. No information. No obvious reasons for delay. Missed 2 boats as a result of just sitting in queues. What are @Irish_Ferries doing to resolve?
