Our LFP cell is now ready!🔋

Gigafactory ramp is going really well. 1000s of vehicles powered by our 4680 cells are already on roads, clocking many millions kms in real-world conditions. Proud of the team.

Excited to announce: Our LFP cell is ready for prime time! This is our 46100 format cell — bigger than our current NMC cell. It will start entering our products from next quarter.

LFP is a big unlock:
- Further reduction in vehicle cost
- Faster acceleration of EV adoption
- Foundation for all battery storage products
- Next major phase of Gigafactory scale-up

In our End ICE Age journey, we’ve focused on removing barriers to EV adoption: Customer offers to make EVs more affordable. Service guarantees, buyback for confidence. Passing on the PLI benefit on our motorbikes — again to drive affordability.

End ICE Age will be built not just with vehicles, but with the full energy stack and we're building it!

Thanks to our 4680 Bharat cell ramp, we have significantly lowered our production costs and now will pass that on to customers, starting with motorbikes!

Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh is now ₹1,29,999, down from ₹1,89,999.

Bike demand in our End ICE Age campaign has grown more than 5x. With this price cut, we expect further scale. Hence will have to do a weekly purchase window for next 2-3 weeks as 4680 production scales further.
