@Brick_Suit @elonmusk I was a new driver in 1991 when they first put barriers up that eliminated the shoulders somewhere between New Braunfels and 1604. It was terrifying. I'm also pretty sure those barriers are still there to this day.

What's the solution then? They're getting the attention of the DOJ because, presumably, they're exclusively admitting blacks and Hispanics over whites and Asians. Seems to be discrimination on its face. Lotteries seem to be the fairest solution in the case of ties, but I'm no civil rights attorney.
