Really enjoyable evening spent with @UofExeterSport netball teams talking about ‘performing under pressure’.
The session involved discussing what is pressure? What causes pressure and what coping skills can we use to effectively cope with pressure.

What a fantastic experience hosting a panel discussion for @_bravemind at the recent Kellanova European R&D conference 🎤🧠.
As a panel we discussed a variety of psychological topics including:
