Underrated sleep hack:

DO THE THINGS YOU SAY YOU'LL DO

Every promise you break to yourself during the day comes back. The unanswered message, the session you skipped, the call you’ve been putting off, your brain keeps them all on a tab and runs through them the second your head hits the pillow

Before you go ordering epitalon and pinealon, try keeping your word to yourself for a week first

No loose ends, just the taste of a day won when the lights go off, completely satisfied and already itching to go back to war tomorrow, your subconscious keeps score, and when every promise is kept it just lets you sleep

Magnesium and blackout blinds help obviously, but this one’s done more for my sleep than anything I’ve bought
