Kes jangkitan saluran pernafasan atas meningkat 10.43 peratus, manakala kes konjunktivitis atau radang mata melonjak 26.47 peratus berdasarkan pemantauan penyakit berkaitan jerebu melalui 78 fasiliti kesihatan terpilih Kementerian Kesihatan (KKM) di seluruh negara.

KKM memaklumkan kes jangkitan saluran pernafasan atas meningkat daripada 3,509 kes pada Minggu Epidemiologi (ME) 39 kepada 3,875 kes pada ME40, iaitu peningkatan sebanyak 10.43 peratus.

Menurut KKM, kes konjunktivitis pula meningkat daripada 102 kepada 129 kes bagi tempoh sama, manakala kes asma menunjukkan penurunan sebanyak 13.64 peratus daripada 535 kepada 462 kes.
