@LivpureSmart Thanks. Also came to know that 340 additional rupees charged for pipe which was extra is free of cost. Money refund doesn't matter to me but I would urge to be careful as there ll be more customers that would be impacted.
Also extend my service date from the day it was resolved

Very unprofessional way of handling the issue. Filter installed on 24th April nd no water till date has come out of it. More than 30 calls and counting. Pathetic to see ur response that our agent will visit tom. The management hardly seems to be bothered

@LivpureSmart Still no one visited..ur staff and u all are only fooling us. Lodge the incident and don't turn up saying we r not able to contact u. you have my address , whereabouts, no calls from ur side just fooling around. NO service as promised for last 10 daz @jagograhakjago@nch1915.
