Just like always @airtelindia strikes again with new bullshit. For a wifi service i “pre” paid, after my expiry date they want me to pay for the past 2 unused months. Then how is it “pre” paid? The answer i got is - there is no “pre” paid in airtel, it is just advance payment 🤣

But its been almost a week since activation happened (which essentially means my money is being wasted without me able to use internet) and till now the app is not showing password. I had sent the error screenshot to their team and they are still saying it will get solved soon.
