Yesterday, ACI-director Oliver Korn gave a talk on @socialrobotics at @honda Research Institute at Offenbach. The talk focused market potentials and the presentation of a prototype @health companion @robot for @elderly persons. The #robot in the video is an @AR-robot by Honda.

Today ACI-director and KORION co-founder Oliver Korn presented the result of an Israeli-German cooperation at GR-EX @globalrobotexpo in Madrid: the prototype of a companion #robot. It allows breathing exercises, measures the pulse, and uses #AI-based speech #emotion recognition.

Today a media team from @SWRpresse visited us to talk about the project EmoCare. There we develop a #socialrobot for #elderly persons in nursing homes. The owl-casing (see its golden 3D-printed head) is no coincidence: the #Robot is designed to watch over and support the elderly.
