The classic loop we all go through when we start something new.
Get excited.
Then we realize it's hard and will require a lot of effort.
Then most people give up in the dip. (look at image of tweet for visualization)
In the dip phase, people will usually try and look for another shiny object to chase after.
So they quit what they are doing, and just start something new that restarts the dopamine-crash cycle
...and the cycle continues.
again... and again... and again.
The dip phase is the road to success, not something to be afraid of. It will filter out the people who aren't ready to succeed yet.
Food for thought type shiet
R.I.P. manual outbound. Claude is your free B2B revenue team now.
I compiled every agent, every skill, and every install command we use to run research, outreach, content, qualification, onboarding, and proposals into one playbook.
They're the same 9 agents and 47 skills behind the B2B Revenue Squad that handles the work that used to fill entire days.

I built a Claude skill that makes motion-style animation.
> Paste a reference image
> It generates frames with Nano Banana 2

Everything runs in Claude through the Arcads MCP
Comment "Motion", and I'll send you the skill
Gonna treat this account as a journal and just post whatever is on top of mind. This year is a funny one, a lot of highs and lows...
Funny enough, my focus on my agency last year really degraded my relationships with people I value a lot. I was very angry at the world and felt I was better than everybody else because of my "ambitions".
In reality, i think I was insecure and just wanted to prove my parents wrong and the world wrong. I didn't want to have to work a 9 to 5, I didn't want to have a boss. Because of this, I felt special but in reality, I wasn't, i'm just another person trying to figure out this game of life.
The world is filled with chaos, and im sad to say I think I might have somehow added to that chaos, creating hardships for the ones that are precious to me.
The truth is I don't know if sticking with the agency will fufill me long term... It might, it might not... what will though are the relationships that I built with my family and friends.
I've shifted from focusing on building this agency for myself to running this agency so I can spend time with the people I love.
I honestly don't know who is the audience for this tweet, but its kind of freeing being anonymous and just writing your truth into the void...
Ambition can be a powerful tool that can ruin you or build you. To the people still reading, I ask you to not use ambition as a tool for your selfish desires but as a tool to build a better life for the people around you.
Sometimes, you just got to take a pause and slow down and realize how precious and beautiful life is, even where you are standing.
Peace out and good luck with whatever you have going on, i'm rooting for all of the people out there trying to build a better life for themselves.

Claude + Reddit intelligence + LinkedIn data = Content OS that replaced a $14,500/month team.
(48K followers. 500+ booked calls. $387K in attributed revenue)
This 6-skill system eliminates writers, strategists, researchers, and schedulers using brand memory + real audience intelligence + calibrated AI writers...
→ No more $14,500/month payroll for a 4-person content team
→ No more 20+ hours weekly building content calendars from scratch
→ No more guessing which hooks actually stop the scroll
→ No more AI slop that sounds nothing like you
→ No more starting every post from a blank page
Just 1 topic in → a finished month of content out.
Here's how it works:
→ Brand Memory (your voice, proof, and exact buyer in one file. every skill runs off it. nothing generic ships.)
→ Reddit Intelligence (mines your ICP's subreddits for the exact phrases they use. posts start from real words, not blank pages.)
→ LinkedIn Viral Signal (hooks already stopping the scroll in your niche, last 30 days, ranked by real engagement.)
→ Four Calibrated Writers (thought leadership, lead magnet, story, value. one writer per stage of the buyer journey.)
→ Voice Firewall (7-dimension QA that scores and rewrites every draft before it ships under your name.)
→ Finished Board (every post handed over with its visual and first comment. ready to approve.)
Built on real content infrastructure.
Zero payroll. Consistent output. Enterprise-grade quality.
Results from the system:
- $14,500/month content team eliminated
- 48K LinkedIn followers
- 500+ calls booked from content
- $387K in attributed revenue

The ‘Sprint Offer’ is the most underrated agency offering right now.
- 2-4 month engagement.
- Fixed scope.
- Fixed price.
- The client gets a clear deliverable with a deadline.
- You get paid upfront or in 2 payments.
- Ascend the best ones into retainers.
The close rate on a sprint is WAY higher than a $6K/month retainer pitch because the commitment feels smaller.
But the lifetime value is the same once 30-40% of them convert to ongoing.
Lower the barrier.
And let the results sell the retainer for you.
@evanseech Tbh I never got why people flex the amount of slides in a webinar… never really was something people ask for or are hyped about, creating like a sop or group of Sops they only get if they join will create more hype
