@leo1yu I think one of the things that accelerated growth over the past 2 decades is the fact that being a young entrepreneur or executive is not seen as a weakness and trust barrier
@danellisona I am a Fractional CTO helping to nail down the process, architecture and team organisation for these founders. And I can truly say that investors and VCs are very involved in finding out these details as they are paramount to execution likelihood of success
@omkarships As we know them now, probably. But they will adapt into something else.
It already enabled us to become AI engineers, AI architects, AI integration specialists, Fractional CTO due to more small start-ups existing
@thedankoe I think it’s also a marketing approach here that makes you believe you need all that set-up to optimize your building.
A lot of people don’t have in plan to become an AI engineer. They just want to use AI to build something.
There were VC fund managers with basic excel skills
One of the best quotes I heard recently is that clarity is not something you nail down before taking action.
Taking action will bring you the clarity you seek!
@danellisona It’s all fun and games until it understood your instructions poorly and deleted the database.
An engineer would have thought about this risk and did some replication
@danellisona Not quite there yet.
It can replace developers who simply build something that works.
But it can’t replace engineers, because it focuses on the task of building.
No thinking about replication, fault tolerance, rate limiting, circuit breakers, database security, etc.
A guide on nurturing Creativity and embracing the experience of being human.
I see these as a step to living authentically and unloading the bottled up energy in your mind and body, while making the world feel human, and a little bit more beautiful.

@naval changed my perspective a few years ago saying you can win by leveraging people, capital or code.
Now AI is making code a comodity and reducing the people leverage. Relying purely on capital creates a vulnerable situation. So what’s left now?
Execution ? Distribution?
I have 8 months before my second child is born.
I am on a journey of getting in great shape and building a business in this timeframe.
What’s your advice ?
@thedankoe I think people should not think about failure, and stress about that possibility. What they should focus on is clarity.
If something doesn’t work, pivot.
See the destination but be open to avenues taking you there
@araseb_ I am a technical founder, fractional CTO, and as much as that might be true, you can become a co-founder or an equity based CTO for a company that is built by someone in YC.
If intelligence becomes free, what remains really valuable ?
Taste ? Like @JensenHuang said ?
Interpersonal skills ?
Marketing and Branding ? Assuming people retain their spending power ?
Handmade products ?
Everyone tells you to avoid negative thoughts and only consider the positive outcome.
But not everyone has the “luxury” or “simplicity” of having one goal, one passion, one top value.
Some of us build companies, raise children, make art, write code and articles at the same time
Why are we not doing hobbies that are not considered productive anymore?
Why does everything need to be content ?
Why can’t we read books that are not self-help, business or finance?
Why does any hobby need to be turned into a side hustle ?
