#2 - Indigo doesn’t serve any hot food on the flights. By not serving hot food, they save on the weight of 3 ovens, 60 kgs. This leads to fuel savings of INR 2K per flight. ✅ Indigo does 7 lakh flights in a year. This leads to savings of 200 crore. 🤯

#1 - Indigo tries to optimise for the flying time. 💨 Delhi to Mumbai on an Air India might be for 2hr 10mins. Indigo would try to complete that journey in 1hr 50mins and also deboard passengers in 10 minutes. 10 minutes saved per flight is equal to 200 more flights in a year! 🔥
