Thank you @amitkilhor for standing with bankers when most stayed silent.
You did your part. If you stop making videos on this now, no one should blame you. When unions themselves keep deferring the fight and selling the same “committee will look into it” line, they have already failed their own people.
Dhokha came from inside, not from you.
We have sent a formal letter to AIBOA GS to disaffilate with AIBOA and consequently we are out of ufbu now .
This I have written earlier also that if this time strike is withdrawn without having date of implementation of 5 days banking week we will be out of ufbu and we have delivered that .
Now we are out of ufbu for goods and will never be part of this umbrella which does not care for the sentiments of common bankers.
Now we are free and on our own .
Atleast itni sharam to karo
on moral grounds sare Union leaders under UFBU resign kare
Ek Officer jiski Sunday banking ke karan death ho gayi, uski responsibility le.
Ye to minimum hai.... Itna to karo uncle ji @ChVenkatachalam
3-Day Bank Strike deferred. Late evening Sunday meeting between trade unions & associations & IBA led to this. Couldn’t the meeting have been held on Saturday? Two bankers’ lives would have been saved & 1.8 million bank employees would have escaped the harassment of Sunday banking. @IBA_org_in
I have been supporting bankers here so people are abusing me for being one of them. I am not an employee. Just someone who understands when someone demands work-life balance and 2 days free of stress out of a week. You don't need to be a scholar to get that.
SHAME ON UFBU!
After asking bankers to prepare for a historic 3-day strike, UFBU has deferred the strike at the eleventh hour.
Thousands stood ready. Bankers sacrificed their Sunday. The movement was mobilised.
And now—THIS.
UFBU, YOU MADE THIS SUNDAY A BLACK SUNDAY FOR BANKERS.

“Bankers have no hard skills” — says someone who thinks writing code is the only skill that exists.
Try handling crores of public money, credit risk, fraud, compliance, audits, regulations, target, customer and accountability every day with no restart button when things go wrong
We’re not striking because we want to.
We’re striking because we have to.
Our rights deserve to be heard. 🤍✊🏻

I have bank accounts with SBI and Bank of Baroda.
Whenever I visit, the branches are mostly crowded, especially rural branches where farmers come in for various govt schemes.
Dealing with such crowds is a pure headache.
A Union Bank employee had a monkey bite while returning from Sunday work in Uttar Pradesh.
His message: "Bhai meri branch bhi jungle me haj mujhpe bhi bandar ne attack kia. Rabies and titnus lagwa ke jaa raha. Thanks to @DFS_India ."

The way Official Bank Handles are propagating hatred towards Bank Employees, I think we all should unfollow them, what you say? I am unfollowing all of these official bank handles. #5DaysBanking
The government and banks are sending messages about banks being open this Sunday with such intensity and passion, as if it’s the Maha Kumbh that comes once every 144 years! 😄
As if, should a customer miss going to the bank this Sunday, such a golden opportunity would never knock on their door again in their lifetime. 😂
And perhaps the "Banker Deity" himself is descending from the heavens to Earth to offer the elixir of immortality to every customer! 😜
Seeing this level of hype, it feels like going to the bank on a Sunday is about to be declared a national festival.
