@SamsungIndia@SamsungAU My sister purchased 2 Samsung S21 Fe in November 2022 from Australia. With a recent Samsung official update, both the phone screen started showing green line issue. @SamsungIndia denied to replace the screen for free and asked me to pay 11k for each phone
@SamsungAU@SamsungIndia@SamsungIndia@SamsungAU It’s like buying food from a restaurant, falling sick after eating it at home, and the restaurant saying — ‘You didn’t eat from the restaurant.’ Who’s responsible — the customer or the one who served the food?

@SamsungAU@SamsungIndia Once again, I received the same update from @SamsungAU . Since my phone was purchased outside India or beyond the warranty period, you’re unable to take responsibility for the repair. But, my phones are malfunctioned due to your official update.
@SamsungIndia I think @SamsungIndia looting people by purposefully making the phones faulty by giving wrong updates and that is the reason you are not even responding to this kind of issues.
@SamsungIndia@SamsungIndia@SamsungAU Samsung provided official update made my 2 phones faulty, why you are not taking the responsibility and fix this? Or you are doing this purposefully to increase your profit through display replacements?
@AnupM_07@SamsungIndia@SamsungAU A software update provided by Samsung, which was not tested in all models, rendered my phone faulty. Consequently, I am required to bear the cost of repairs. Is this a logical course of action?
