@WeAreOpenreach The experience is a charade. Followed 1hr Vodafone call with 2hr live chat, but still no progress. All Vod. say is make a (4th) OpenReach site installation appointment and the engineer will explain in person. Provider says talk to OpenReach, OpenReach say talk to provider. Joke!
@WeAreOpenreach How do I contact you? Your text bot keeps trying to make new appointments for me, but you havenโt told me why you couldnโt install broadband on your last 3 site visits. Please donโt just tell me to call my provider, I have done this many times and they donโt know
@WeAreOpenreach The whole process is broken and just wastes everyoneโs time. Four OpenReach engineer site visits and no progress has been made. Madness
@WeAreOpenreach As expected, spent 1hr on the phone with Vodafone to no avail. They kept repeating they donโt have any information or report from OpenReach about your previous visit & that they canโt contact your engineers directly. So suggest booking (yet another) OpenReach site appointment
