More than a month in advance!! @prioritypasscom and still can't book Bristol, London, Birmingham, Dublin (no lounge). Please explain why anyone would be paying £400 plus for a membership!! It's becoming a joke
@RachelReevesMP Who is having children in the first place that can't afford breakfast. We are not the 3rd world. We should be responsible for our children and raise them correctly not the government. I'm not proud of this country or government.

@prioritypasscom@LloydsBank@Mastercard as far as I got in terminal 4. The biggest sign on the desk is about abuse to staff.... They are rude and very dismissive 2hr waiting list. I wouldn't recommend paying for this membership... 3rd rejection in 2 weeks very poor
@prioritypasscom Ps... If you have availability because London I couldn't access 3 lounges in as many weeks turn down. No option to book. Poor value so far
@prioritypasscom@LloydsBank@Mastercard read the small print.... Business class only blush is 7to 1030 am for paying memberships only. So everyone has to go to the other full lounge. Absolutely poor. And blush is empty!!
Your company wouldn't need to warn the public if they treated people with empathy, understanding and care. More telling of the type of people and training provided in your organisation
@prioritypasscom@LloydsBank@Mastercard the first of many I suspect. they say under deliver on service tell 10 people. NPS 7 or below. Sold by Lloyds, delivered by Priority Pass. MasterCard can't do much really!! Idiots who would pay £400 annually to Priority to be rejected

@prioritypasscom@LloydsBank 1 successful lounge 4 attempts, not impossible to book LHR t4 or LGW (important airports) it's not holiday season, you need to enter details in all 6 options repeatedly & fast pass security not available at LHR... This perk isn't very perky & isn't included not free.

I'd guess it's too your benefit to know who is coming and when to maximise utilisation and aid a better customer experience. Would it be an opportunity to milk the customer?
@prioritypasscom@LloydsBank I think it's important people know that what is advertised as free or included has additional costs, but also the availability at Gatwick zero and Heathrow T4 zero, and fast track isn't even offered. Expect more as I travel. I don't pay for something and not expect delivery!
@prioritypasscom seems all three lounges are fully booked at Gatwick as well... Becoming a waste of money... My flight from Heathrow has no booking possible. I don't think your membership is value for money
