@BethesdaSupport You are still having issues with both servers, as I have tried logging in on both. Have ran the repair and restarted client as well (I am a qualified Network and IT tech), I will log in later and see if you have resolved the issue. Good luck and thanks in advance! :)
@MicrosoftUK microsoft it appears that zenimax have given priority to ESO users using Epic for logins or the technicians have made a mistake in the server maintenance which is not resolved this issue. I'm constructively criticizing zenimax for not letting us know whats happening
@BethesdaSupport@TESOnline The issue still persist, but if you log in via Epic funny enough you can log in straight away. Zenimax need to get this sorted out. Event tickets are being missed because they can't log in, it is down to Zenimax to sort these issues out.
All communities are not happy with this and considering this is both servers you have a major issue with the login screens, It is not to do with add-ons or anything other than server issues. This is constructive criticism of zenimax as they don't like to keep ppl informed.
@BethesdaSupport These login issues are not being resolved and it is on both servers, I was able to login this morning with no queue and there are many more ppl who have issues logging in as well. I would suggest that zenimax figure this out very quickly.
@BethesdaSupport This is obviously not a connection problem as a lot of players are having issues logging into the game. I was playing the game today and logged out so it is obviously not my end. Zenimax have an obligation to have the game "Fit-for-purpose". This needs to be sorted out quickly.
@BethesdaSupport I've been placed in a Log-in queue once on EU and once on NA I want to to know what the hell is going on? The timer got down to 1 sec and I waited 5 mins a reply is in order please. First is screenshot on NA the next is the EU server. I'm a very unhappy customer.
I haven't got the screenshot from NA but it happened there this morning when i logged in. Just thought you should know about this as I've never had this trouble before... hope you can work this out. Thanks
@BethesdaSupport Hi, so after your maintenance yesterday this keeps happening, only when changing servers e.g. from NA to EU or vice-versa... this is down to you and you should know about it; my pc is on a wired connection and running perfectly so its your end.
@BethesdaSupport thank you, I'm now logged into NA, it seemed all I needed to do was switch from NA to EU back to NA again. Not sure what the problem must have been but it looks like it was at your end. Thank you for the help tho... :)
@BethesdaSupport I can't log into my NA account, this keeps coming up. You did maintenance today and I'm not sending a ticket to you via your website - as it's an internal error its down to you and your company to sort out.
