A girls road to that equal opportunity we talk about is so rough(rape,sexual harrasment etc). You know very well that empowering the girl child isnt a disadvantage to the boy child its an achievement to the whole nation

Sure thing, but as we know as women its just now that we are trying to venture into this leadership positions. I believe if we empower our women tagging along men then we will have driven our point home and the walk to leadership will be abit smooth

Sexism, Scrutiny by media in their private lives and having to prove yourself twice as hard compared to the men. Its quite discouraging to say the least

As much as we empower women to get into leadership positions, we should be cautious enough to educate them on the challenges it comes with and how to handle them. Things like sexual harrasment, cyber bulling among others.
