"es que la IA es inevitable"
windows no me deja desactivar copilot
There is literally no excuse to use Generative AI. Art education is so abundant and so free. If you really are as creative as you say, then prove it by actually developing a skill and creating something that isn't the microwaved sloppy seconds of statistical averages.
If, during the festival, we discover that a game uses AI-generated content, or if a studio publicly boasts about having managed to bypass the organizers’ checks while still using AI, the game should be removed and the studio permanently banned from future editions of the event.
I used to want a software engineering job.
That dream for me is dying.
I wanted to learn from other engineers that were better for me.
I wanted to debug production issues and be hailed as the hero.
I wanted to hold my head up with pride knowing I spent years learning a language that most people didn’t understand.
But all this is gone now.
Everyone uses AI and tells each other to “just use AI”.
This is not the career I want.
This is not what I sacrificed years for.
This is not my dream anymore.
I know WHY AI bros keep attacking me, because they're envious of human artists like me.
They can't make anything on their own, so they go after human artists to tell them they're "wrong" about AI, and that AI is "DA FUTURE!"
Most are just finance bros who only care about money.
This is what worries me most about this "vibe coding" trend: essential services failing so catastrophically that there is no turning back. I have no desire to use or review AI-generated code, yet it is seeping into all the software we know, driven solely by the goal of meeting "progress" metrics.
AI is now the largest single point of failure in the history of software development. I know tons of developers that can't even work without an agent now. It's shocking how quickly the industry has become totally dependent on a few companies' services.
- No poder conseguir trabajo.
I genuinely fear the job market right now
Big tech keeps doing mass layoffs, thousands of experienced software engineers are entering the job market, and new developers are expected to compete with them.
The competition is getting insane.
Imagine choosing one of the toughest careers, studying for years, constant upskilling, paying endless taxes & still eventually getting replaced by AI.
Happy Engineers Day!
