The incident at the BT building comes as a result of a smell of smoke in a room on the first floor.

Fire Service are currently working to locate the source for the smell of smoke, however, no visible fire.

There is really bad flooding in #derry today as a result of heavy rain. People are reporting floods all around the city. Please be cautious when out and about.

This is Foyle Road at the bottom deck of the Craigavon Bridge. The road is completely flooded and there is a car broken down in the middle of it all. The entire stretch of the Foyle Road is completely flooded.

Stay home, do not risk it. #derry

This is the scene at the free Derry Corner in the Bogside.

#derry is completely congested with traffic. Police are also on scene of multiple incidents. NIFRS resources are really low. All fire engines in Derry are turned out to incidents.
