@richards_info @jsutherland_ca It can be very tough to build out that first full year of work experience. Practicums and other work programs are helpful to bridge at least partway through.
@trentjohnsen@JimAGibson@shawnabbott@the_A100@inovia@thinair_labs@RainforestAB Calgary has a lot of up-and-coming junior tech talent. A big challenge is getting them planted where they can grow their skills without having to leave. Companies willing to train fast-rising juniors will benefit the most, versus those hiring senior experience only.
