Never take advice from Akhand like this account.
@iamdocmayank@DrDhruvchauhan Total mismanagement. But you have round 2 and 3 to get better seat. If you have opted for upgradation, hope a better seat. Meanwhile, you can file a writ in highcourt to compensate the opportunity lost which may be useful in case of not getting anything better in R2.
Wing Commander Namansh Syal was known for his discipline and excellent service record.
His wife is also an Air Force officer. They have a five-year-old daughter. Imagine how happy they must have been when he was selected to represent India at the Dubai Expo, where countries send their best pilots.
Their daughter must have been bubbling with excitement, reminding him to bring her something from Dubai. He would have planned a little sightseeing, a little shopping, and a lot of memories to bring home after the expo.
His parents, his father also a veteran, were at his house in Hyderabad to see him after he came back from Dubai.
And then, in a few unforgiving seconds, everything ended. The country will mourn for a few days, offer condolences, and move on to the next headline. But for his family, the pain is permanent. Their world has shifted irreversibly. Their lives will never be what they were a moment before that crash.
For every uniform we salute, there is a family that silently carries the cost of that courage. Their strength is the unseen backbone of our nation’s defence.
At 4 pm driving with my wife on the Zirakpur flyover. Two Punjab Police jeeps escorting a VIP towards Ambala come from behind with sirens blaring. Slowed the vehicle to let the first vehicle pass, the VIP vehicle perhaps took three additional seconds to pass because there was heavy traffic. Angered, the rear escort jeep, while overtaking from the left, deliberately cut sharply right, hitting the front of my car and then sped off. It was clearly a deliberate act, not only damaging the car, but with no concern of our personal safety on a very crowded road. The arrogance and impunity of someone who is supposed to be a guardian of law soils the uniform and reputation of the organisation. Hope @BhagwantMann and @DGPPunjabPolice take note.
He didn’t wait for help to arrive. He was the help.
On 29 October 2005, when a passenger raised an alarm about a suspicious bag on a crowded DTC bus in Delhi’s Govindpuri, driver Kuldeep Singh didn’t panic.
He calmly evacuated everyone, drove the bus to a quieter spot, and carried the ticking bag away, knowing it could explode any second.
And it did.
The blast took his eyesight, his right hand, and hearing in one ear.
But it spared more than fifty lives that day.
A month later, his son was born — a child he’s never seen.
“I have not seen my son ever, and he is 20 years old now,” he told The Tribune, his voice steady with pride, not regret.
In a world that often forgets its heroes, Kuldeep’s courage reminds us: true vision lies not in what we see, but in what we choose to do when others look away.

His name was Ashok Kumar.
He lived in Delhi’s Jagatpura with his wife and four kids. His mother stayed back in their village in Amroha, with his elder brother Subhash, who couldn’t work because of chronic illness.
So one man was holding up a family of eight. Ashok spent his mornings as a DTC bus conductor, and his nights as a security guard. Day after day, without complaint, because that’s what responsibility looks like in the real world.
Last night, Ashok was killed in the Red Fort terror attack. On paper, he will be marked as “one casualty.” In reality, an entire family has been pushed into darkness.
What do they think they gain by killing people like him? People who are simply fighting to keep their families afloat. And the most bitter part, those behind this terror attack were doctors. People who are trained to relieve pain. To understand suffering. To protect life. Yet they allowed themselves to be indoctrinated and turned into terrorists.
Commendable step by the Fee Regulatory Committee (FRC) – bringing uniformity and transparency in MD/MS fees across Rajasthan’s private medical colleges.
@NMC_BHARAT@MoHFW_INDIA@DghsIndia must act now & work for its uniformity across the entire Nation.

Haryana @opsinghips said #nightlife is a way of life, and police should not place barricades right outside #pubs, #bars, and restaurants. He said that in some areas, @gurgaonpolice were using Alco-meters and harassing people, which sends the wrong message. Singh stressed that #residents should feel #police are there for their #safety and #security, not to trouble them on #weekends

@_kumbhkaran 50db wont cause a perforation in tympanic membrane, most probable cause would be infection / fluid accumulation/ traumatic perforation/ old childhood perforation. But long term use of earphones, especially in ear earphones would cause hearing loss in long term.
