@MyJoolz I emailed about this but got no response. We have the faulty Joolz Aer2 car seat adapters and think it's mad the hoops we're having to go to for a refund - just to have to pay full price for new adapters and are currently left unable to put the car seat on the pram. 1/2

@northernassist I have been issued a penalty fare for the wrong train journey. I'm happy to pay the current penalty, but can not find a way to get in touch (without appealing) with the debt recovery unit. Can you please advise?

@LNER could you ask someone to provide an update to all the customers sitting on the 13.00 from Edinburgh - the train returned to Edinburgh and we were told to wait in our seats but haven't had any kind of update in about an hour.
